if assembly dissolved in july then elections need to happen in JANUARY. otherwise president rule should be imposed. to impose president rule most of the parties would not accept in parliament and so not possible. elections in January are embarrassment to cong.so the process could have stopped. if above things did not happen also another savior could have come in form of BJP.ALSO IF ASSEMBLY DISSOLVED BJP could have found a strong reason to object telangana bill | ||

if assembly was dissolved in july it would have been the best step. then most people believed KKR and that AJ paper hype given to KKR in article 3 its stated that ASSSEMBLY should discuss the bill.but KKR made us believe that if BILL loses in assembly then no division to make BILL LOSE in assembly MLAs should not resign. here criteria is ASSEMBLY SHOULD DISCUSS. winning or making it lose DOESNT COUNT. now people understood it GREAT TRAITOR KKR. SA MLAs should have resigned and dissolved assembly like what YSRCP said in july. THEN there would have been no assembly and no discussion and no division |
