I have been an ardent supporter of JP from past couple of years and doing all I can do by contributing little amount annually to the party (i know its not enough ..just a drop in ocean).. but lately disappointed with JP's passive nature ..given his administrative skills experience and knowledge he should add pinch of aggressiveness and politics otherwise people take him granted and no one really give damn to him ..that is what worries me..hope he will learn some politics. | ||

I know you have lot of information at the constituency level. What do you mean by "success of AAP" or "JP failed to motivate people"? Does success mean winning elections. If you remember the GHMC elections which followed the assembly elections, CBN was giving the same reasons that you provided against LSP and in fact was able to motivate educated and middle class voters to vote for TDP. He was able to win 8 out of 12 divisions in Kukatpally and Serilingampally assembly constituencies where LSP has significant presence. Now lets take the example of such corporator. He is Bhanu Prasad(a Kamma) of Hyder Nagar division. He got the ticket by recommendation of Bala Krishna. His supporters forcefully stopped Sudheesh Rambhotla from filing the nomination as TDP candidate. He spent around 2 crores for the election campaign. He was pitted against Katari Srinivasa rao the current state president of Lok Satta and a social worker for 20 years. CBN's strategies worked and Bhanu Prasad was elected. My parents stay in addagutta area of this constituency. In the last five years Bhanu Prasad collected 30,000 from every home that was constructed against the norms in the constituency. If the payment was not made, GHMC officials used to turn up and destroy the constuction. However this man constructed 6 5 storeyed apartment complexes in this area against the rules. He got these regularized by using his position. Meeru cheppi nattu LSP valla Partha saradhi, Jogi Ramesh lanti lafoot gallu assembly ki vellaru.
