My Views for any government last min bill passing is a great deal , the seriouness of congress makes it clear it is going to get some benfit for the congress irrespective of the Andhra Pradesh state matters. This as it become a National issue and all the additional 20 regions who are looking for new smaller states, if we consider taking atleast 5 to 10 MPs seats on average than it effects about 150 MPs seats in the entire country ... However BJP can also tell that they are +tive with smaller states but passing Telanga bill further doest require anything to promise aditional to tell ok for all the 20 regions just a election tacktic, congress plays it better to make a big gandarloam in coming election.. other end if BJP not fighting to oppose this bill seiously they loose the rythm of positive approch going to elction they already slight bent with AAP making confusion in educated voters.. so they should keep the attack they have to oppose this bill and prove that congress is minority gov failed to run the gov.. Emo chala confusing gaa undi. If there is match fixing between Jagan and congress, telangana will not happen now. Jagan doesn't care about the results of parliament election. All he cares is about the elections to state assembly. If Telangana is formed, assembly elections will be postponed by 6 months. so parliament elections will happen before assembly elections. If there is nexus between them, jagan will be exposed before the assembly elections. So center will not complete the Telangana process at any cost. Lets say if Jagan supports modi for PM after parliament elections. His vote bank(minorities) from seemandhra will erode and he will not win in assembly elections. It is in the best interest of Jagan to go for elections in the united state. In the united state also he will face issues. He will be in the contest only in 20-30 constituencies in Telangana. So he will contest in 200 constituencies and he had to win 148 to form the government which is near impossible. so he has to form an alliance with TRS post elections. since these guys are through the election, each of them (TRS and YSRCP) may ultimately settle for some compromises like YSRCP agreeing for separate state and TRS agreeing for T without Hyd etc. congress may not want to loose out in this scenario so they will table the bill in Rajya Sabha and may bring out some technical reason to not go ahead with the bill. However they will say that they will continue the process post elections. It will be a win win for everyone in this case. The only loosers will be the other state people.
