From google search, I found the part "HP 682081-001" is backlit keyboard that works with your lappy.

I don't know if you can find it in India.

i tried calling the HP support(india), they said as the product is unavailable In India, they cant tell whether it supports a backlit KB

@Lolli, what is the exact model of your lappy?

HP pavillion dv6t-7200, im using a standard one
logged into my HP store acct and tried to find a replacement but found none.
