Until last year his results are fine and everyone appreciated. This is the year before world cup. You need to explore all options (success or failure) to end up with the right blend of team by end of this year. I think thats what he is doing. Who else can be a better captain now than him ? Everyone blames him only (Not him plus the bowlers who are not delivering). He is taking the (s)hit from everyone. | ||

In sure he is doing his best, but the results are pretty mediocre these days. I hope he gets a break from less than average bowling assets he has. Reminds me of Tendulkar's team, when he was the captain. I think judging Dhoni's captaincy by tests is like judging Gavaskar's batting by his ODI record.... when Dhoni took over tests were a dying format and now their position is even perilous....
