Both H1 petitions filed when candidate is in India. Say both went through lottery, and approved. Company A through stamping velli... US lo land ayyaka Company B ki transfer cheskovachhaa? Or Company B approval will automatically become void because employee has landed in US with Company A Visa? So Company B ki transfer is a whole new petition again, that won't come under quota? Preparations for this year? Mostly lottery avvochhu antunnaaru... What will happen if same candidate gets lottery selected for two employers? What will happen if candidate receives approvals for the two petitions? Oka employer through stamping cheyinchukuni, US ki vachhi, another company that filed the petition and got through the lottery, and based on that approval, switch avvochhaa, or have to file for a H1-B transfer later to the second company?
