Its evident .... When CM of AP is saying .... We need Orginal Bill this is Draft Bill Basic Purpose of BILL "State Bifurcation with stated Boundaries" is Sufficient wrt to Jurisdiction of BILL of Parliament .... When BILL of Parliament of India is made , there is an option to Revise it and will be final BILL in Parliament ....not at Assembly level ... SO Why Kiran is wasting Andhra People Precious Time and Resources ... he should have toppled UPA 2 - Central Govt with 35 MP seats and resign ....or at least like CBN is trying to make BJP Defeat this bill at parliament .
