Found it amusing that a Tanning deck is saleable feature in a market where Fair&Lovely and now Fair&Handsome are top selling products  45 Kms from the city seems a bit too far.. Chennai lo ilage omr lo I think once you cross Fishermans' cove towards Mahabalipuram there are a few layouts like this where construction is banned now but was allowed 15-20 years back so better have it constructed now than having it done later before zoning comes to bite you. | ||

Saw an advertisement the other day in an in-flight magazine. Vizag vasulu - throw some light, how is the property, features and specs look awesome...price around 5000 per yard anta, for a 800 sq yard property, that will be around 40 lakhs..which is not bad, if it can be a nice retirement home...
