225 is in state. Asalu aa 5 years in state congress arachakam. 3 CMs. Not so at Delhi. Under PVNR, it was better. Though there was a big scam under Harshad Mehta. Globalization was started and implemented under him. There was a lot of credibility to Congress than it has now. It does not matter whether PVNR was there at top or not. Reason Congress got kicked out was due to Babri Masjid and it lost minority vote. | ||
