Katthi:1) Eat soya 2)greek yogurt( if you make yogurt at home than boil milk for long and drain the water. the water in curd is high in sugar and carbs. yogurt without water is greek yogurt) 3)Cottage cheese. High in protein as well as high in fat. When you restrict other intake of the fat then eat cottage cheese. Else avoid this. I realized this after long time. Now my results are effective. 4)Peanut butter is good for body and healthy fat. Take 2 to 3 spoons to recover from your workout. veggies, brown rice, soya chunks, greek yogurt, almonds, nuts, peanut butter, spinach.. I do not think you can survive without protein supplement. have 50grams from this supplement. Whey protein 100% is best.
add to that..eat chole and black beans twice a week or more if possible...rich protein and carbs.. mana north indian desi body builders boxers wrestlers..boil chesina chole and molakethina pesalu vipareeethamga tintaru..

JP, I have been doing carb cycling. Through this i learned couple of thing and i have implemented most proven stuff. 1) Carbs are important and very effective if you eat them at right time. Avoiding carbs totally will kill your metabolisms. Plan to take carbs at perfect timing like instant carbs before exercise and after exercise. Hard carbs before sleep . Still you need 200grms of carbs per day. never avoid carbs less than your limit. In carbs cycling you keep couple of days in week to avoid carbs but that day you keep your activity less. carbs from veggies would not count in this. 2) Fat reduction can be done with cardio and weights. Weights gurinchi nenu niku seppadam emundi.. kummai.. I stopped doing long cardio. I have restricted cardio to 20 minutes per day after exercise and high intensity. Weights also with small breakes. total gym time is reduced to 1hr 15 from 2hr. sometimes just 1 hr. Results are too good.
