my current activity,5km(brisk,walk,jog and sprints/this variation is ultimate),bellyki only yoga

Basic ga.. tinna taruvatha oo 1 hr gap taruvatha cheyyochu. If you are comfortable than you can do the gym even after 30 minutes.

next.. why i said sugar and chocolate is not bad..

Sugar turns to carbs .. instant energy. When it is good? when it is bad.

Think you filled your carb tank with sugar carbs. They are ready for use. If you do not use it than it becomes fat. if you use it than it gives you too much energy. When you need instant energy? yes you need before workout, before running, before going for walk. Anytime you do activity. If you eat instant carbs like Rice,sugar then you need to burn right off.

Perfect day to eat sugar and chocolates are when you start day in the morning. You do lots of activities like walking to car. climbing steps in office in the morning. So your instant energy from sugar burn off. you are not putting fat here. Once you go to office you sit and do not do any activity. that is the bad time to eat sugar and white rice.

OK let us start.

Basic ga prathi vadiki untadi bojja taggiyyali... kandalu penchali .. fat taggiyyali ani.

As of now everyone was thinking that calories in -out is main formula for weight loss. Diet ans starving is main formula. But that is not.

Sugar avoid cheyyali
white rice thinoddu
chocolates thinoddu
oil thinoddu..

trash .. above all are trash. you can still reduce the weight without doing above all.

But you should study your daily life style and eat them at right time. Not when your body is having enough fuel.

Now i am going to introduce "Carbohydrate tank" which is similar to fuel tank. this would give you the earth breaking solution for your weight loss.
