Sasibabu:2 months back Naa cholesterol numbers Hdl - 70
Super...my HDL just refuses to go above 40...but i don't worry too much as my LDL is around 70. But i still want to get to around 50 to be on the safe side. I have an annual check up at my company for the past 5 years. I enter all the reports into a spreadsheet to track. My latest ones: Triglycerides - 51 Total Cholestorol - 118 HDL - 39 LDL - 71 VLDL - 10.2 |

personal observation from last yr....too much teda em levu numbers from healthy eating and exercise.. triglycerides 2012 mid lo 113 unde..after 1 yr of rigorous exercise (no diet), 98 aindi..migata numbers pedda teda em levu, all decreased by a bit, except hdl so exercise definitely helps.,.diet and mandu as it is ga unde last yr |

if the frequency is that high, you should consider eating other kinds of fish along with salmon for health benefits due to the kaatraaj practices in salmon farming...unless you are eating pacific/alaskan wild or organically farmed salmon omega3 kosam ayithay look for anchovies( telugu lo nathallu), sardines...chinna fish ivi and high in Omega3 and less in mercury content due to their size again check your fish source |

2 months back Naa cholesterol numbers Hdl - 70 LDL - 210 Trig -150 Rice, dairy complete gaa maanesi started eating oats, veggies,fruits, quinoa and salmon fish daily and also hitting gym atleast 5 times a week Target -70 now at -20 |

america lo skim milk or 0% fat milk taagina cholesterol vochestundi.. milk ee kaadhu..any milk based products like perugu, buttermilk, paneer, sweets etc.. ki baa vostundi complete ga avi maanesi..fish/egg teesukunte Vit D problems vundavu..cholesterol problems vundavu.. honey + lemon warm water or just lemon warm water in the morning 1 glass will bring your cholesterol numbers drastically down.. cholesterol chaala ekkuva vunte.. also sonti powder (dry ginger powder) but indian store lo dhi kaakunda edanna organic store or home made chesukoni, cumin + coriander powder tho mix chesi daily morning one spoon warm water lo mix chesukoni taagandi.. good cholesterol ki garlic one slice tinandi daily morning.. diabetes vunna vaalu.. paina cheppina powders ki additional ga tulsi powder, methi, kaakarakaaya powder kuda add cheyyandi aa mix ki.. wheat/rice maneyandi.. pure brown rice/quinoa tinandi.. 5 meals a day last meal of the day should be less than your breakfast.. gym kelthe weights meeda concentrate cheyyandi rather than running on treadmill.. 1800-2000 cals teesukovaali max a day.. regular gym and more activity will burn more calories.. min 1200 cals teesukovaali daily.. paina cheppina powders valla digestion baa improve avutundi.. also stress levels baa taggutaayi.. 5 times meals a day valla metabolism baa improve avutundi.. max frozen stuff, chemicals tho mix chesina food avoid cheyyandi.. eat lots of veggies..(not typical desi fried stuff) steamed veggies.. fish/egg regular.. chicken & other types of meat chaala takkuvuga once a week type lo teesukondi.. gym kelladam baddakam aithe at least nenu cheppina food/powders teesukondi.. also drink lots of water.. ... |

my observation is eating healthy food(qnova/soya etc) alone is not helping ..min exercise with unhealthy diet is helping to stay balanced ..other case is eat healthy with exercises not sure how this case works ..never tested  |

I will go zym regularly but somehow I neglected whole 2013 .last year my cholesterol numbers were dramatically increased 40 %. reasons would be I neglected going to zym,Ate more gadda perugu,soft drinks,pizzas |

i did when i was 28 at that time numbers were slightly higher, after few years check chesthe inka koncham perigayi than i started running . now back to normal. |
