Min $300 fine. would have usually paid, thought let me try a different route, hired a lawyer ($190) and didn't have many violations in past 3 years, she got it changed to parking violation and $130 fine. i am also saying the same, if the TX and CA are in NDR this will carry forward other wise not, it depends on the states, few states are not participating in NDR. traffic violations more than 400 ani untadi fro GC and citizenship. unpaid tickets ki problem untadi definitely. I am talking about points carry forward between state to state, nenu Florida licence meeda NJ lo red light ticket and later change it to NJ license , no points , this is in 2001. | ||

the best way to handle is to give to a lawyer and let him deal with it .. You will endup paying the lawyers fees , may be $100 or $150 more , but you don't have to go to the court or anything ..
