Chiru_fan:
Cut of date to open profit sharing is Dec 31st for that year and you need to fund employee contribution by that date |

Chiru_fan: that be done on a pay check to pay check basis, or can that be a one-time contribution?
can be done any time I usually do it one time but run the 401K deductions on payroll every month. for employee contribution. On employer contrubution of 25% of salary, I do it at the end of the year |

Chiru_fan:could you please suggest any good companies & options to go with?
.Is this for self employed? I opened 401K Profit sharing where I can do max 17500 for Employee 401K and 25% of employee compensation by employer ( Both the cases I am contributing). Maximum combined you can do 50K/annum. Positive and negative is , you can manage the accounts and do trading |
