Govt land regulations + Borewell you can include as 100% current value. But construction wise it will be around 40-50% of current value. Not more than that.

i decided to sell one of my house 3 months back,

decent location and on colony main road, north east corner plot. independent house.

first i tried from my contacts and brokers,

I got 8 final buyers contacted me, 6 of them from A people(2 know people) ..

sorry to say this, their asking price is almost free,
Resons - T issue, old house(10yrs) blah blah blah barbarious....

i don't no what they are thinking am a fool or i don't no the market situation?

i told them i am not in a hurry and not willing to go bwlow certain price. still they are keep on asking like can you give it for 50k more,75k more blah blah blah, wtf..

2 of them are T guys, one with 15% difference of my asking price and other one with 5%,

finally done deal.
