It all depends on cbp officer. Some people come in next one month. In otherway cbp officer look and see how long they stayed in usa and home country in last cople of years. one qq .. for parents who have 10 year visa, after completing one 6 month visit to usa, how long they should stay in india before they can come back to usa ? pls give first hand info if possible .. |
