Section 377 was introduced into IPC at Pre-independence era...at that time it was illegal across the world as SRKs and KJs were not born at that time. And it was never amended. Hence the judgement based on IPC section and the amendment needs parliament approval..... SC dint say it has problems with it. It just based its ruling as per IPC. Always be yourself.
