Not to discourage anybody.One of my friends(Tamilian) got this problem recently. Doctors told this diseaese is called'Rich man's disease' and happens because of too much of protein intake. Nenu idhi tisukunta.. as of now it is good for me.

Whey protien isolate use chesha gaani i did not get expected results. After trying multiple protein supplements this worked well. Bjs members ki pandaga.. 5labs 32$ also compared to other it is good company and no artificial sugars. 8g carbs only..

isolate enduko workout kaledu.. looked like body is not observing.

Best way to drink protein drink is either use protein shaker or blender.. normal ga glass lo kalupukoni tagakandi.. workout avadu
