KCR says that distribution of liabilities should be as per projects and not population. In fact both are horrible. Distribution of liabilities should be as per the revenues, anyone with a financial sense would know that. If Telangana gets lion share of revenues because of Hyderabad, they should get a lion's share of liabilities as they have a better chance of paying back the debt, in fact the lenders would put their foot down, even in companies' merger or demerger lo creditors have a big role to play and they have to buy into the scheme of amalgamation of demerger... the population policy is terrible, what the fcuck...motham AP ni oka Orissa or Assam chesetattu unnaru... |
