Yup slowly gane elthunna... Cycling - 25 mins - 5 miles Threadmill - 15 mins - 1-2 miles Elliptical - 10 mins Some pilli bitthiri exercises .... some warm up exercises... Rice cut cheyyali.....koothantha kashtam ga vundhi....reducing slowly.. |

chitty.. if you have started recently than go slow. You should go for interval training on threadmill. This is very effecting.
