Cycling - 25 mins - 5 miles
Threadmill - 15 mins - 1-2 miles
Elliptical - 10 mins

Some pilli bitthiri exercises .... some warm up exercises...

Rice cut cheyyali.....koothantha kashtam ga vundhi....reducing slowly..

if you have started recently than go slow. You should go for interval training on threadmill. This is very effecting. Fat burning ki cardio + diet tho kodithe easy ga burn avutundi.. make sure you eat less fat,less carb and eat more proteins and veggies.

rice maneyyi.. eat only half cup for meal which is rendu bukkalu. add more protein food like meat and veggies..
