My friend pays 250/month to a rental property...The rental property gets the tenants and is responsible for any maintenance of the house....this was back in 2009 | ||

Is renting house a wise idea in USA? assumin u bought the house in historic lows(last couple of years) with rock bottom interest rates, whats the risk of renting the house and using the rent for mortgage payments, and u buying another properpty? |
