Any problem in life can be boiled down to this one thing. In general if you are happy and positive, good things tend to happend. When you are stressed and negative bad things happen! Now lets dismiss the philosophy class and get to practical lab. Simple solution = 2 showers a day. Use conditioner. Has worked like a charm for me. I actually want to start a Agony Uncle website for all such guy issues which we face only late in our lives. Girls have agony aunt advice from when they are kids [refer to Anand's post below!]. We guys neglect "looks" and focus on "brainy" stuff. By the time we enter into this game, it is too late and half acre of hair is gone, beer bellies and what not! Megapower. never go for nimmakaya, baking soda kind of stuff. change only water.. most of the hair/scalp related issues are related to water. Try change water. Wash your haif with distilled water with mild sampoo and see results. this is the most likely issue with many of us...hot showers rob our skins of essential oils, leaving them extremely dry. this condition gets worse in winter. in winter, keep your showers short and always take them with warm water only.

Best is cocount oil massaged into the scalp.. If you don't like leaving it in - wash it off with a mild shampo (baby shampoo is best)in the morning

MPS thammud Naaku dry scalp problem undindi and very irritating undindi...I started using a SHAMPOO+CONDITIONER+ANTI-DANDRUFF Shampoo...and it solved the problem. Basically just shampoo vaadithe kudardu use a shampoo which also has conditioner in it. Also, use it 2-3 times a week. Nenu madhyana weekly one day JEL kuda pedatha hair ki...ippudu naaku dandruff and dry scalp problem ledu! I use Head & Shoulders Anti Dandruff Shampoo with Conditioner in it! Dry skin is one thing. Dandruff is when it is a little more severe. If Dandruff is not there, using a scalp moisturizing shampoo would do good. If it is there then secondary fungal and bacterial attacks will come if you moisturize the scalp. Best is to wash hair daily and then use a scalp moisturizing conditioner. Washing everyday is a must. | ||
