I-94 issues avuthaai Rowdy baa....when u applied for H1 transfer, u would have given a copy of your current I-94...daani batti vaadu nee same I-94 ni as per new H1 validity extend chesi nee H1 approval document kindha attach chesi pampisthaadu...vaadu pampe lopala ilaa nuvvu India ellosthey, your I-94 number will change and now I dont know which I-94 will over ride what...alaa nuvvu India ellagaane ikkada approve ayyindanuko, immigration lo two things can happen, nee new I-94 ki old H1 validity isthaaru,as u wont be having the new I797 document with you...lekapothe system lo choosi aa document emayyindhi,soopiyyi ani sathaayinchachu....adhe India elli US back occhaaka approve ayyindanuko, now u might have to fine a H1 amendment to update your H1 with the new I-94 you got while entering and ask them to extend this one...either cases lo issues untaai...better dont go to India while its in process....urgent aithe ask them to upgrade to premium and u will get approval in 2 weeks... again this is layman opinion, not expert opinion...check with the attorney | ||

u can travel back on previous visa as long as ur previous employer doesn't revoke ur H1. But be prepared for an RFE on ur transfer | ||

That is right, technically not needed, but since visa expiry is near, they might ask, likely it should be ok without fresh stamping. Total risk free option is to go for stamping again, only nuisance if rfe is put and u get stuck. I don't know how u can continue with current employer once ur i797 for new employer is approved. Is transfer premium or standard? Are u timing India visit in such a way that at the end of ur holiday, u join new employer? | ||
