If you are going for FTE, make sure you get in writing that the company will process your GC.
20 vacation days, sick days, personal days, holidays, 401K, insurance antha kalipithey baaney avuthundhi. Again, FTE lo bonus plus possible yearly increment untundhi.

stock options...yes, but not many companies are offering these days. if you are talking about profit sharing, they are fixed too. performance bonuses are not decided at the time of employment kada? if employer is offering you fixed bonuses at the time of employment, you can expect pretty minimal hikes in your future annual salary raises, so don't fall for it.

naaku koodaa idey benga gaa vundi. 140 approve ayyi just 6 months avuthondi. already 6 yrs completed on H1, current visa extended for 3 years until 2016.
Is it worth the risk?
Option 1 lo like I said, already God Level impression. If a task comes my way, entire Unit believes that it'll be completed bug-free!!! Aareskuni koorchotam ante antha intha kaadu.. but.. paisa mein paramathma hai!!!

Am I missing some details in comparing these Apples to Oranges?

1. Consulting, $68 per hour gross to my hands. NJ lo sukoon life, almost 0 work pressure. Already excellent impression. No Benefits included.
2. FTE, current bargain at $125K base, 8% target bonus, and other benefits.
Obviously, other benefits lo 401K Contribution, Medical, Vision and Dental insurance etc.
Work pressure and Social Life at work-place, almost no idea. GC processing big question.
