Every missing feature will be added thru firmware update. Sony is rushing PS4 release to compete against XBox One. I bought PS3 from first release... several new features were added over the years thru firware... as long as there is potent hardware, it will be OK. | ||

PS4 does NOT: Recognize USB Storage Sticks Recognize External Harddrives connected to it Recognize NAS, DLNA or any other means of playing media through local LAN/Wifi Play content from your smartphone Play pictures, music, video or any media you have through anything even if its your personal home videos and pictures.
