My suggestion is don't do that unless that perticuler land has direct road access and you are full time into developing lands etc.... my suggestion to you is buy plots in ventures done a couple of years back, while you buy them bargain cheyi buy at the least possible price | ||

a percentage of information can be wrong, but if you look at it very valid anipisthadhi... friends chennai lo invest chesaru, and they are very happy.. incontrast what ever I invested in HYD prior to 2005 have yielded lot lot better than what I did in 2007.. i stopped investing in 2007 due to the reasons mentioned by scal (emotions and lack of direction).. this probably is the right time.. | ||

its a end user market brother..investment kosam kante..many people buy there to live... now 1 crore + population 3rd largest city in india...official figures show on average...700-800 families are migrating to bangalore and out of which 400-500 families make it permenanet home.
