yup, the prices for the last 7 years almost the same. adjusted for inflation, you would say that the prices have gone down. still high but ok.

My suggestion is don't do that unless that perticuler land has direct road access and you are full time into developing lands etc....

my suggestion to you is buy plots in ventures done a couple of years back, while you buy them bargain cheyi buy at the least possible price

purvankara brothers had big family disputes and lot of their launches had delivery issues..yonger brother seperated and started high end venture in indiara nagar too.. these are very simple issues, when u consider over all growth of city

and again chennai vs bangalore,, it depends on individual choice...based on job...how reachble to their native..relatives etc...

a percentage of information can be wrong, but if you look at it very valid anipisthadhi... friends chennai lo invest chesaru, and they are very happy.. incontrast what ever I invested in HYD prior to 2005 have yielded lot lot better than what I did in 2007.. i stopped investing in 2007 due to the reasons mentioned by scal (emotions and lack of direction).. this probably is the right time..

its a end user market brother..investment kosam kante..many people buy there to live...

now 1 crore + population 3rd largest city in india...official figures show on average...700-800 families are migrating to bangalore and out of which 400-500 families make it permenanet home.

Though i take all these with pinch of salt...I can see growth of city by width and breadth when we hit the road

NHB is a state owned bank and regulation authority for housing finance market in India AND owned by the Reserve Bank of India..........

even as of Oct 2013 Hyderabad is India 5th citiy with the highest GDP -- this trend remain same from 2007 to 2013 but prices of residential properties fell by 16%............

Only reason I can think of is human emotions...

I believe Hyderabad RE had remained stagnant for far to long and it would pick up in the next couple of years. Irrespective of the final solution to Talangana issue, Hyderabad city will witness a huge growth......

one key thing you should look at to consolidate your plans is to study National Housing Bank (NHB) residex, which tracks the movement of prices of residential properties on a quarterly basis and 26 cities are measured

Hyderabad and Kochi are the only cities which are below the base index which is 2007..........
