Most of the time this is what happens... 1. Dice or Monster lantivi yearly paid so AD vesthe valaku poyedi emi ledu... 2. actual recruitment leka poyina ade pani ga enduhu vestharu ante there are multiple reasons... a) repeated ga positions veyatam valla, you will get used to the company name and people start believing this is a big company.. b) GC ad's ga pani ki vasthayi... c) meeru resume submit chesthe.. vala data base lo petukontaru and when they really want a person with your skills they send out directly to your mail id asking if you are interested or if you can refer some one... hiring lo ee type practice ki better results vasthayi d) Few times they will hear new requirements may be published soon by their direct clients or tire one vendors.. in this scenario they want to collect resumes in advance so that they can act as early as possible... but many times those requirements will not be published at all...... ila aneka reasons tho publish chestaru.. best way to judge if the call is for a current existing position is -- if you go through the requirement carefully and find no specific or detailed requirement or as posting not mentioning nice to have skills or not mentioning about domain expertise etc etc you can safely ignore those postings | ||

They send your rsume to the primary vendor and you can not submit your resume again to the same requirement. You are locked with this guy. That is the strategy.If at all you get job with this requirmenet(no matter who the vendor is), he will get his hourly comission. | ||
