Body has the ability to ask. Like it asks for water/food. When I do Yoga, body will ask for more fresh foods and there is a natural aversion to spicy and fried foods. | ||

please help me how can we differentiate between what the body wants vs what the mind wants mind is the interface between body and senses. how can we say no to mind and yes to body? |
