Couple of days ago news was abuzz that NTR and director Koratala Siva will be working together for a film from December. The latest we hear about this project is that it is postponed indefinitely. Koratala Siva tweeted that the reason for this is that both of them are busy with their respective projects. NTR is already working for a film (in the direction of Kandireega Santosh Srinivas) that will be complete only in May. On the other hand, Koratala Siva has already signed a film with Mahesh Babu for UTV banner that will go to the sets from June/July. So both of us decided to work later, the director tweeted. This year Koratala Siva gave a hit with Prabhas with Mirchi. After that he became the most wanted director and offers rained. A project was launched with Ram Charan. The muhurat ceremony was held. But later the project was dropped as Ram Charan and Koratala Siva had some differences regarding the story of the film. Post this development Siva met NTR and the duo agreed to do a film. Meanwhile a film with Mahesh Babu for UTV was also signed. NTR also had a not so good experience with the film Ramayya Vastavayya. The film was a huge flop. NTR learnt his lesson and is careful about the films he is doing now. For now Koratala Siva and NTR movie is put on hold. Siva's maiden directorial venture, Mirchi, was released in Feb 2013. As both NTR and Charan backed off working with him, the director will have to wait till next June/July to commence. In other words, he is getting one and half years gap even after delivering a big blockbuster. | ||
