Besides Legend Chimes, there is Villa Scapes, another gated community, about a half mile from this venture. Decent builder, though not as big as Legend, and you can get similar house for a cheaper price. They have 327 and 450 sq, yard sizes. | ||

Raju sir, I dont think that is catchment area. the 10 km area west of CBIT towards sankarapally falls under the restricted zone. Villa Greens, Magadha and other villas are there in that location for the past 10 years. | ||
