Neck pain ante.. you are not having good form. Weight takkuva ayina form maintain cheyyali.. Choose comfortable weight.

Cardio chesi weight lifting cheste work out avvadu.. Either do cardio at the end or do other day.

Weight lifting lo Neck, back, Wrist chala carefull ga chustu cheyyali.. deniki injury ayina life long suffer kavali.. be carefull.. Gym lo trainer unte form ela cheyyalo help thisuko..

Slow and study is the best for weight lifting. if you are able to do 8 to 15 reps than it is comfortable weight. if your not able to cross 5 reps than you are cheating and your effecting your neck or back

any exercise learn the proper form first
dont just follow instructions in the app or vdo from app

online search chesi learn about proper form and try using lower wt to start
