They are upset with NTR family for their failure to voice their support to the Samaikyandhra cause. It is learnt that they feel let down by TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu, who they believe was the first one to give letter to the Centre, when no one asked him to do so. When he decided to go on hunger strike in Delhi against the âmannerâ in which it was decided, but not against stateâs division. This has shocked the people. Even the party TDP cadres were amazed whether it was the same party, which was launched to protect the Telugu pride. Nandamuri Harikrishna had initially accepted the division with âheavy heartâ but later changed his stand and resigned to his post after facing severe criticism from the people of Seemandhra. He told the media later that he would launch a Bus yatra, but he kept quite since then. Balakrishna on the other hand, did not come out with any statement on bifurcation. And not to mention about NTRâs daughter and central minister D Purandeswari who is busy choosing a safe constituency for her to contest next elections, disregarding her fatherâs dream of unity among the Telugu people. A report maintained that NTR family members fight over who should be the rightful heir to his legacy and are busy making arrangements for their own political future at the expense of the interests of the people! | ||

Propaganda on YSRâs pro-Telangana politics wiped off Wednesday, 23 October 2013 13:36. It is well known that the demand for separate Telangana was absolutely evaporated over Y S Rajasekhara Reddyâs six years as the Chief Minister, because of the comprehensive development in his tenure. But, after his sudden and tragic demise, a section of his rivals was slinging mud on the departed leader that he prompted a delegation of MLAs to revoke Telangana issue, which was put in backburner. Wiping away the propaganda on YSR, senior Congress leader G Chinna Reddy, who headed the delegation of MLAs to Delhi, made it clear that YSR had nothing to do with the delegationâs demand for separate Telangana. It may be recalled that, a section of detractors of YSR doctored a report to tarnish his image. According to it, YSR sent a delegation, headed by G Chinna Reddy, of 41 MLAs from Telangana region to Delhi to urge Congress president Sonia Gandhi to take a decision in favour of Telangana. But, participating in a discussion in a news channel, Chinna Reddy clarified that giving letter to Sonia Gandhi in support of Telangana was merely their opinion and YSR was not a party to it. âWe told him (YSR) that we will give a memorandum to Sonia Gandhi on the problems of Telangana. But, in a situational development we mentioned about separate Telangana state in Delhi. YSR was not aware of it. Go and read Enadu paper March 2004 paper. YS opposed alliance with TRS and KK,Kaka and DS had exerted pressure on Soniato have tie up with TRS. YS was not the president of the party like Babu. Anyway finally Congress agreed for Second SRC, not for seperate T. Even DS told the same before media. | ||
