Katthi..there is no 4 our time limit. Usually it is 6 rs after wich tey start lifting the barricades for the traffic. I am running fir first time this year. Till now max I ran 18 miles and in next couple of long runs I will run max 22 Miles. So if you want you can run as I know couple of people who run for the joy. I am going out to pick kid, taruvatha detailed ga post estha

As of now I went for sprints. 9 to 10 miles touch chesta for 3 minutes sprint. I run at least 4 miles in 30 to 40 minutes.. Incline wise i can go upt o 4 to 5. 5 mida 8 miles/hr is the max.

Now above one was only for belly fat burning chesha.. but now i am enjoying running.. Thinking of to go to next level.. If i want to practice for marathon , how should i continue practicing?

Run 6m/hr or go for incline and do different level?

marathon lo sagam 13.1...i ran in 2:30 mins...u can run in less than 2 hrs

i can run 5-6 miles in 60 min but after that never checked ....lite ga malli few minutes walk chesi some water lantidhi tagi t shirt change chesthe can run anukuntunna

i completed my last one in 3:30 but was few years back before injuries.

uppu.. I did not run for long hours before.. but 10 miles was pretty comfortable for me. May i run i intensity cardio every alternative days.

Just trying to find out how you guys prepare for marathon running.

I run for 4 to 5 miles in 40 minutes every alternate day. Last week i checked whether i could run for 2 hours. I could easily do it with 6m/hr in 2hours+. marathon is around 24+mile and you need complete in 4hours.

I might be able to do it as i could complete 10 miles in 2 hours. Can we eat banana+ health drink in marathon?. If this is enough i might try for next boston marathon.
