but I don't think it as bad investment, 48sqyrds ante 4 shops kata vachu G+1( 50 sq meters lopu no setbacks required) 14L + 6L construction cost 20L ki 20K rent 12% ROI

okati sure peda vati lo epudu 8% minchi radhu, Vij lo ayithe 6 kooda ravachu... manchi center ayithe idi chala manchi deal
