1999 Elections ayipoyaka 3 new states ni form chesaru in year 2000 as per NDA promise. For Telangana Babu made a U-Turn as obviously he wants to rule a bigger state. NDA ki Babu support (29 MP seats) was very critical. So NDA didn't go ahead. This has spread to Congress who won 90+ seats in 1999 out of which 41 are from Telangana. They even want to have their own PCC/CLP and wanted to sit in assembly separately. Agree or not YSR is the one who started T agitation. He was so frustrated that he lost twice by that time. He somehow felt he would never defeat CBN. He himself thought that defeating CBN would next to impossible in 2014. He was in deep depression and he ran out of money too. Kukka bathuku ayyindi aa time lo..
