Suzlon has a thousand issues at the company level and at the macro level wind energy has a few more issues: Suzlon issues: Bad product quality - some of its wind blades had produced cracks and i think some had broken down, that serious damaged reputation Overhang of FCCBs - not sure how that has been resolved. This is a problem faced by many Indian companies that raised FCCBs in the boom time in 2005-2008. Total sanki nakipoyayi It has a great asset in REPower but it can't access the REPower cash flows to repay the FCCB loans in the parent Suzlon as the lenders of REPower have ringfenced the cash flows of REPower. Macro issues Wind energy is going through a down turn; main reason is the shale gas book in the US. Wind became popular as people wanted an alternative to O&G but with the shale gas boom that started in the US and is now taking off in other countries like Russia, Australia, etc has suppressed demand for wind turbines. Further the price of PV panels has also collapsed over the past few years so people are preferring solar to wind when it comes to renewable energy. I would suggest you stay away from these stocks, lots of blood still to flow.. | ||

mid cap look at GRUH finance also.. i expect it can become 10 bagger in the coming 10-12 years .. large cap gives u more capital protection in the bear market ..good mid cap gives more returns in longterm.. u shoud choose which one u want | ||

future earnings bagane untayi anukuntunna .. since they are going to come up with bikes (after collaborating with BMW) .. and management kuda fairly good anukuntunna .. specially knowing Srinivasan's guidance .. Scalability aithe undi .. their manufacturing practices/facilities are pretty good .. and I think .. slowly their Indonesian plant too will be giving them good returns .. but thanks for the advice .. will keep it in mind while I study more about TVS. if u know many internals of TVS please go ahead .. dont look at the price when u r choosing a company look at the future earnings and management capability and scabality .. I am bit scared to add auto companies ..lot of dependencies exit for growth | ||

suzlon is great in business .. i have been tracking from long time .. management sucks..see even the moderate business with great management give u great returns not suzlon kind of companies appears like u r beginner int the stock market if it is investment why dont u choose consumers stocks .. they will minimum 18% CAGR and good capital protection also .. see nestle india , Dabur , page ind and even ITC | ||

Suzlon is classic case of how a great business with cheap quality management can fare.. for long term ( 3 years) stay away this is not investment grade company ..but one of best stock to trade - short/long | ||
