Hd.. started thinking of gaining good body structure.. later ripped abs.. now strength.. got good farm. planing to concentrate on one part at a time.. now planing to spend time on only arms.. once having satisfied result, i may concentrate on back.. Sei.. 1. high reps will build lactate acid in your muscle which results in DOMS..nee body high reps ki alavatu paddaka (2-3 weeks) doms will not stay for 3 days.. 2. doms unte cardio maneyakunda, cardio chesthe manchidi..it will loosen up muscle tightness..also do yoga or foam rolling.. both these will decrease DOMS length.. |

you can start with some moderate cardio for 5-10 mins search online for lower body warm up do free body squats get a few sets in with the barbell also you are doing high reps...what is your goal? if it is strength...you may be better off in lower reps range and increasing wt |

how are you loading up? are you doing enough warm up? try stretching lower body before and after the work out |
