One more thing I learnt listening to this is .. we need to create "human resource development clusters" ..

Eg - Take Jaisalmer/Agra, so many tourists come there, and yet there are not many "skilled/trained guides" to work .. And why did not we set up "hospitality management institutes" in such places? Could it not have helped the locals get respectable employment?

creating enough demand and provide ways of marketing to those skilled worker.. then no one can scratch Indian economy:

Carpenters.. provide them ways for exporting their handy work.. they would make more than a SE can make and will encourage kids do the same...

Farmer: give them the value for their crops.. kill middle man... then you have more farmers

similarly with other skilled workers...

India would then don't have unemployment problem.....

And the education system should be revamped.. the ads are polluting parents minds in a worst possible way... encourage brilliants but at the same time don't try to push every kid over that line....

Listen to this speech

1) understand how much Modi understands Indian society - right from the level of a plumber, driver, cook, watchmen etc
2) how India needs to reassign respect to people who "labor hard"
3) His understanding of critical issues like employment, supply-demand, skill development and other micro-economic parameters ..
