Mestaru Ante Annanu Antaru. How do you control corruption with Aaadhar. 1. There is no process to stop issuing Aadhar cards to illegal Immigrants 2. The objective of Aaadhar itself is not for unique identification 3. No mention of this Aaadhar in any bank transactions 4. No Linkage of Addahr with PAN 5. Still India lo large transactions are by Cash which stays outside banks or with in banks with wrong identity 6. There is no mandate to provide this number for apllying for any service It is a eyewask program and very poorly implemented by Nandan Neelakneni | ||

That is the real problem...making the process simple and corruption free is a prerequisite to successful implementation.. But fears of biometrics being misused, the issue of databases ,pvt.biometrics collection agencies, ivanni irrational anipinchayi..I mean in a corrupt system a public sector collection agency is not really more secure than a pvt. agency.. Data handling/misuse ki law undali - that part I agree. But the scope of that law should be larger than the aadhar card data - it should protect all personal data collected by all agencies. The downstream effects of aadhar are significant- all systems will now have to add the aadhar card number and validation to their data bases - that is no small outlay of costs. its a decent move atleast for now. granted there is potential for a lot of misuse, but general masses should not bare the brunt of any inefficiencies in government processes ani anukuntunna Between, why does Supreme court give this ruling? Law prakaram aadhar optional ayithe, what would be the use of implementing such a process?
