Not true. The food habits changed dramatically in India in the past 10-12 years. 20 years ago, more than 80% indians used to be like under weight. Look at them now. More than 50% amjad khans

Not really... its not just mortality due to heart disease , incidence of heart disease itself is disproportionately higher in desam.

White guys got lucky there. Genetically Indians and Blacks are more prone to heart disease.



Probably caused by generations of a predominantly grain/carb based diet for Indians atleast...
