Monthly 7K ki you can produce your own rent slip and if your owner is good, he should not have any issue giving you. Yeah but not all stores give. me relatives lo evaro okallu vuntaru ga vallaki medicines tesukunetappudu ne peru medha bill tesuko, monthly 1250 ki. If you have your own business then anything and everthing is worth saving but for a salaried person it is not advisable both for the employer and employee. That being said, lot of infra companies used to pay bonus with both white and black components. | ||

One, they don't want to pay taxes and two, your wealth tax will come into play if you are showing your rents for income purposes.  | ||

420000 - 7000 X 12 - ( Medical Allowance {15,000 = 1250 X 12} + PF (check your Pay slip for annual computation) + X) will be your taxable income. 15,000 + PF + X should be at the max 100,000 for tax saving under sec 80 C. Assuming they are showing your share and the employer share of PF in CTC that works out to 50, 400 so basically take some instrument that Tilak has suggested for 30, 000 and you are all set. Your taxable income will be very less so don't worry too much.  Oh yeah for forgot incase you have some education loan then that can become your X and there is no need for you to invest in any tax saving scheme. | ||

Have you worked out your HRA? Depending on the city you live/work - you may not be using it in full! LIC policies/Housing loan EMIs/NSC certificates/specific govt bonds! (I think the limit is 1 lakh Rs). Considering your salary (gross/net?), you should be able to save maximum and pay very little taxes. I have recently joined a company and currently drawing 4.2 lakhs per annum. 6k per month rent kaduthunna. How do I save taxes?? What investments now will help me reduce tax? I have done nothing till now like saving/investments. Please suggest. Thank you. |
