yderabad: Targeting TDP Chief N Chandrababu Naidu’s Heritage Milk company indirectly, Telangana Political JAC chairman Prof. Kodandaram has alleged that Seemandhra business tycoons were deceiving the milkmen of the Telangana region. Speaking to the media here on Thursday, Prof. Kodandaram asked the Seemandhra people what would be the reaction of 90 percent of the Telangana people residing in Hyderabad if 10 percent of Seemandhra people living in Hyderabad claim that the State capital is theirs. Stressing the need to transform every slum in Hyderabad city as posh Banjara Hills, he opined the problems of Hyderabad would have been solved had the government stopped construction of PV Narasimharao Express Way. He said only a few looters from Seemandhra would be affected with the creation of separate Telangana State and none of the poor. Not only the cinema and media industry, but also all sectors of economic activity were in the hands of Seemandhra people, he added. How the Seemandhra people, who kept all sectors in their hands, would understand the problems of the Telangana region and how the problems could be solved. He bemoaned that the Telangana people were working as drivers and lift operators in the Secretariat while 80 percent of the employees in the Secretariat were from Seemandhra region.
