Another comedy enti ante.. GHMC includes medak , Ranga reddy, MBnr, Nalgoda which would be entitled to take taxes not hyderabad. It would not be part of hyd revenue even it is made UT or common capital. So it goes to T revenue.

Hyderabad revenue is 11k crores in 51 crores state revenu.. 39 crores is AP revenue excluding hyderabad. 17K crores from T and 22k crores from Andhra.

Hyd is focused wrongly by seemandhra and becoz this they would loose biggest package from center and share in water , electricity etc.
