Rehashing my post from a week ago The biggest developer of HYD is the state government. The amount of money it pumps into the development, infrastructure and planning is huge. And yes its all tax payers money. People from T and A have paid their taxes and the ruling parties have decided that HYD is the place to invest best. Hyd lo A valla companies are more, when compared to T people. They enjoyed their share of profit and wealth. Evadu Hyd develop seddam ani money ettadu, they care more about the return. And in the process, there are more jobs created. Private companies provide opportunities, and avenues for people to use them, for their benefit. And politics played a huge role in who gets govt subsidy. People from SA did get good support from the lobbying group. No private party developed infrastructure for Hyderabad as such. Its always a government venture. In same tone, real estate issues in Hyd are dictated by political lobbying. Exploitation of local lands is true and done under administration. Yes A people are fore runners in private sector of pumping money into HYD, but HYD did develop in same rate as any metropolis did in India during that time. So vallu sankalu guudukovadam apali. Be happy that you got to enjoy a place called HYD to invest and get returns. And please continue to do so, you have as much right to live and run a business in Hyd and anybody from T. If state divides, ask your leaders to get % of revenue from Hyd to develop SA state and move forward. Ask for a share in Hyd, if the central tribunal decides so. But the risk to the bank is very very high.... and restructring avuthundhi ani andhariki thelusu.....and this will happen to all companies....Adani , Jaypee, Lanco, GMR, GVK, Jindal etc etc - as they are all promoted by politicians of different parties.....so valla loan will be restructured by the PSU Banks | ||

They are a defaulter....These loans are on the verge of being classified as NPAs... NON PERFORMING ASSETS by the banks... Nothing wrong in taking loans...But not paying back the loans hurts the economy.... Ofcourse - first in the list is Adanis...next is Jaypee... | ||
