Artists: NTR: You are in for big disappointment after watching the performance of NTR. Forget the legendry NTR. He does not even come near to the acting prowess of those youth debutant heroes coming up now in Telugu cinema. Added to that, he is too fat for his age and it shows up in his walk and dances. His first priority should be to the shed the weight. He looks much better than Jr NTR and he is taller than NTR. You can comment about Charan's acting. I have no objections with that. He is just 28 yrs if he works hard he will improve his acting. We all know how NTR, Mahesh, Prabhas etc., acted in their first few movies. Charan's first movie was the best debut among all the stars in Telugu. Only thing is he is not choosing the right subject. After Racha became hit he went in to comfort zone and did Nayak which became a hit. Zanzeer/Toofan is a big lesson for him. I think Zanzeer happened for his good. I hope he realises his mistakes and selects the stories for his future movies. My advise to him would to stay away from the bhajana sangam. If his fans or well wishers dont tell him when something is not right then they are not his well wishers or fans. | ||

I am not sure why Charan wanted to enter Bollywood with this movie. This is a beaten to death story. Looks like the whole movie was made in a month or 2 with not more than 10 crores. The whole movie looks so cheap in terms of quality. Not even one technician did justice. This is the biggest mistake made by Ram Charan in his career (I dont think he made a mistake with Orange. Orange is a much better movie in terms of production values, music, photography etc.,). I disagree with many critics on Ram Charan's performance. Ram Charan and Prakash Raj were the only 2 actors who acted reasonably in this movie. I liked Ram Charan's performance in Zanzeer more than Nayak and Racha (though his dances were good in these movies). It's the story, screenplay, editing, music etc., that made Ram Charan and Prakash Raj's performance look ordinary. Ram Charan should have entered Bollywood with a different story not with Zanzeer. Zillion movies came with similar story as Zanzeer. Singham was recently released with similar well packaged honest cop story. Anyway forget about this movie. Select a proper story and team for your next Hindi movie. Hindi movie critics are not as mild as Telugu. They will rip you a part as you would have seen with Zanzeer. My suggestion for your next movie would be take your own decision. Please dont take advise from your dad on story selection for Hindi movies. You can take his advise on Telugu movies. |
