evaro okayana comment What is funny here is not the comments of Murthy but his hubris. If he was blatant and said I need to bring in people I trust and that's how it is I would buy the argument. Every CEO or leader brings in his people to make change because change is not about smart but trust and understanding each others working style. No issues getting in your son Mr Murthy. But when you think you can explain it away the way you did; to couch in some pseudo logic you start loosing the argument. This is the bane of intellectuals, rather than calling a spade a spade there is a tendency to thing use words to make it noble. That's where you loose trust of the people. Infosys needs you to be bare knuckled and tell everyone the company is screwed and I am going to fix it and in this process I will be a dictator. Bring who I want. You don't like my way ..
