Rough ga @1600 sft flat will cost around 60L + 2-3L registration + 4-5 amenities

Kondapur attracts good rent... not to the hype of vijji waar...but decent

Lot of IT folks prefer this area, proximity to hitech city and
dlf/Manikonda
