:-) India lo last 3-4 years big ticket corruption bayataki vacchindhi ante - it is due to judicial activism. Process start aithe - as a first step there will be cabinet discussion. Next step is a discussion in Parliament. Next would be formation of Govt committees to look into the different issues. Based on the recommendation of these committees, the state formation will happen. And if anyone feels that the Govt committees are doing a bad job and the decisions are one sided, they can go to High court, which has the power to stay the formation of new states till the hearing happens. kaani manaki idhi antha vaddhu.
