be very careful. I used to do Neti on and off never had any problems. recently, after ding Neti, I got sinus infection (may be due to water quality) if you are doing Neti, use purified bottled water. it has lot of benefits..but be ver careful with the water and make sure you drain of water by forceful exhalation | ||

I don't think it might be pollen, Bangalore lo ranidhi delhi lo kashtam... Even the weather is hot and humid, not like cold bangalore so weather wise it is not that bad... I don't drink tea or coffee and don't have much of stress, in fact my only stress is this cold I presume it might be dust or some mites, insects - gurgaon is dusty and there are a lot of tiny insects in the air. | ||

I keep getting cold regularly, oka pattana vodaldu...ippudu maree too much 6 weeks nunchi thinesthondhi...i could not even go the gym or jog...seem to have lost a few kgs...i don't want to go to an allopathic doctor, they never seem to work..i can use Cetrizine (Zyrtec)...used it for 3-4 days and it was peaceful, but once i stop using it, it becomes bad again....i can't keep using zyrtec all my life...
