Chattisgarh, till early 2000s position enti? developed states like AP/TN/KA/GJ position enti? frank ga matladukunte .. AP, TN lo .. 90% of the free rice is sold in local hotels .. telusa? alage .. rest of it is scammed by officials .. how do u justify? while in Chattisgarh .. they evolved the best PDS system in India in just 5 years .. which even Supreme Court praised .. Delay is purely because of inter-ministrial tussles and the importance they give to mummy jis' NAC, RTI was the last good thought that came out of it. Not exactly. Better late than never. Investing in infra is ALWAYS good, I believe as a rule. But the delay should be explained to the country. Why were they sitting on such big proposals for so long doing nothing? Also, the priority of the govt should be capex/infra creation instead of giving useless doles, as we are still seeing with FSB and this Land bill this week.
